How can I place an order?
Place your order directly in our online store: select your items, add them to your cart, and follow the secure checkout process.
Can I modify or cancel my order after completing the purchase?
We process orders very quickly. If you need to make changes, email us within 12 hours at giftbloominnovation@gmail.com.
We cannot guarantee modifications once an order is processed, and no changes are possible after it has been shipped. Once paid, an order cannot be cancelled.
Do you ship outside the United States?
At the moment, we only ship within the U.S.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Orders are processed in 3–4 business days, plus carrier transit time of 1–3 business days depending on the recipient’s location.
How can I track my order?
You will receive an email with a tracking number as soon as it ships.
What happens if I provided an incorrect address?
Customers are responsible for providing the correct address. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for reshipping costs.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged or if I don't receive it?
If your order arrives damaged, email giftbloominnovation@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery, including photos of the package and product condition.
If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
What happens if a product I purchased is no longer available?
Because we operate with a dynamic inventory, it is possible that an item becomes unavailable after your order has been placed and before it is processed. In such cases, our team will proactively contact you to inform you of the issue and offer two options:
