Refund Policy

At GiftBloom Innovation LLC, we strive to ensure our customers’ complete satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist you. Below is our refund policy, designed to provide you with a clear and hassle-free experience.

1. General Conditions for Refunds

  • The product must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.
  • The refund request must be made within 48 hours of the order’s delivery.
  • Proof of purchase and clear photographs (if the product is defective or damaged) are required.

2. Refunds for Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please email giftbloominnovation@gmail.com within the first 48 hours after delivery with:

  • Photos of the damaged product and packaging.
  • Your order number and a description of the issue.

Once we review and approve your request, we will offer one of the following options:

  • Replacement product (same item or one of equal value) at no additional cost.
  • Full refund of the damaged or defective product via the original payment method.

3. Refunds for Undelivered Orders

If your order does not arrive within the FedEx estimated shipping time (1 to 3 business days after shipment), contact us so we can verify the package status with the carrier.

If the order is deemed lost, we will offer one of the following options:

  • Reshipment of the order at no additional cost.
  • Full refund of the amount paid.

4. Exceptions & Products Not Eligible for Refund

  • Products that have been used, opened, or are not in their original packaging.
  • Orders with incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
  • Packages refused at the time of delivery.
  • Requests made after 48 hours from delivery.

5. Process to Request a Refund

Please follow these steps:

  1. Email giftbloominnovation@gmail.com with:
    • Order number
    • Photographs of the damaged/defective product
    • Description of the reason for the request
  2. We will review your request within 2 to 3 business days.
  3. If approved, you will receive a confirmation email, and the amount will be refunded via the same payment method used for the purchase. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

6. Shipping Costs

  • If the refund is due to our error or a defective product, GiftBloom Innovation LLC will cover the shipping costs.
  • If the return is due to a change of mind, the return shipping cost will be at the customer’s expense.
